Photo Safari Trip Itinerary

7days 6 nights Sabah Borneo

Day 1

Sukau, Kinabatangan

Upon arrival at Sandakan airport, we drive 2 hours to Sukau. This trip takes us river cruising along the Kinabatangan River and Photographing from a stable boat, aiming for Proboscis monkeys, hornbills, kingfishers, pig tailed or long tailed macaque and Borneo’s snakes. Good chances of seeing Bornean elephants and wild Orang utan. Dinner and Overnight lodge (L,D)

Day 2

Sukau, Kinabatangan

The day is spent photographing from boat and land. After dinner, night river safari in search of crocodile,Owl, leopard cat etc. Overnight River lodge. (B,L,D)

Day 3

Sukau / Danum Valley

After breakfast, we explore one of the biggest limestone caves in Sabah, the Gomantong Cave, home to millions of bats and edible nest swiflets. Then we take 4 hours drive to Danum Valley with a short stopover at Lahad Datu for lunch. Check-in at a Jungle Lodge. After dinner, get prepared with headlamps, we trek or drive to the darkness of the forests in search of nocturnal mammals and frogs. Overnight jungle lodge. ( B,L,D )

Day 4

Danum Valley

pend this day in pursuit of the endemic and endangered wild Orang utans, Bornean Gibbons, Maroon langurs around Danum Valley, we venture out morning and afternoon to photograph the wildlife and forest sceneries. Overnight Jungle lodge. (B,L,D)

Day 5

Danum Valley / Semporna

After lunch, we depart for 5 hours drive to Semporna. Check-in hotel and dinner. (B,L,D)

Day 6

Semporna

Full day photography on sea people in nearby islands and island sceneries. Overnight hotel in Semporna. (B,L,D)

Day 7

END

After breakfast, we transfer you to Tawau airport for your onward flight. End of service (B)
